DB tests cleaning robots at Frankfurt Central Station

With innovative technology in use against Corona • cleaning of up to 12,000 m² per day • test phase until April

More cleanliness at Frankfurt Central Station: Deutsche Bahn is currently testing an autonomous cleaning vehicle. DB cleaning staff will receive rolling help from the robot from the Berlin start-up Spring Mobility until the end of April. The vehicle can sweep floor surfaces and neutralize viruses using ozonated water. Ozonated water is a natural disinfectant and, according to the manufacturer, is also highly effective in combating corona viruses and bacteria.
